Dalubuhle (Dalu) holds a BSc(Engineering)(Mining) degree from Wits University and also completed a Certificate Programme in Leadership
Development at Wits Business School. His experience has mainly been in South African underground gold mining with particular operational
exposure to shaft pillar and remnant mining at the former Harmony Orkney Operations. At these operations Dalu also got involved in
investigative and design project work to extend the life-of-mine.

In 2006 Dalu contributed to the development of a Continuous Improvement Department and roll-out process in Harmony. In 2007 he played an instrumental role on a group-wide basis in the implementation and management of operational improvement projects and addressing of key-perfomance areas.

He joined To-The Point in March 2008 and brings with him technical and strategic mining experience. Dalu is an Associate of both the South
African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM) and the Association of Mine Managers of South Africa (AMMSA).

He is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
